West Brabant faces a major challenge: making industrial estates future-proof. Through the VAST project, entrepreneurs, government agencies, and knowledge institutions are joining forces to make industrial estates in the region more sustainable.

The project focuses on three pillars:

• Energy → save and generate through collective solutions.
• Circular entrepreneurship → closing chains and intelligently reusing raw materials.
• Climate adaptation → making industrial estates resilient to heat, flooding and drought.
